第四届“南开大学国际人才论坛”诚邀天下英才

2019年1月17日，正在天津考察调研的习近平总书记来到南开大学，参观了百年校史主题展览，与部分院士、专家和中青年教师代表互动交流，察看了化学学院和元素有机化学国家重点实验室，详细了解南开大学历史沿革、学科建设、人才队伍、科研创新等情况，对南开百年来的办学理念和办学成绩给予充分肯定，寄语南开师生把学习的具体目标同民族复兴的宏大目标结合起来，为之而奋斗。南开大学将习近平总书记的嘱托落实到行动，以新发展理念为统领，光大南开品格、体现中国特色、追求世界一流，更大力度实施人才强校战略和国际化战略，全力汇聚海内外高层次人才，推动学校事业全面发展。

论坛介绍

南开大学于2016年举办了首届国际人才论坛，至今已经举办三届，广邀海内外知名学者、学术界知名校友和有潜力的青年人才来校访问，效果良好。
本年度，学校将加大 “国际人才论坛”举办力度，搭建与海内外学者沟通交流的平台，积极推动人才队伍建设和学科发展，通过国家、天津市各类人才项目，南开“百名高端人才支持计划”、“百名青年学科带头人培养计划”等项目诚邀天下英才加盟南开，共谋发展！

申请条件

学术背景良好，在国内外知名高校取得博士学位，在知名高校有正式教职者优先。

在相关领域取得突出学术成绩并具有良好发展潜力的海内外优秀人才。

日程安排

4月11日参会学者报到；

4月12日上午举行开幕式暨主论坛专题报告；

4月12日下午及4月13日上午，各学院召开分论坛学术报告和座谈交流，组织校园参观；

4月13日下午参会学者离会。

会议资助

受邀学者的参会食宿及交通费用由我校承担，由相关学院具体安排。交通费海外申请人每人不超过人民币10000元，国内申请人每人不超过人民币5000元，参会时请提供登机牌和车票原件。

Nankai University is a multidisciplinary “Double First Class University” under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, the alma mater of Premier Zhou Enlai. As one of China's top universities, it features a balance between the humanities and the sciences, a solid foundation and a combination of application and creativity.

On January 17th, 2019, President Xi Jinping went to Nankai Universityduring his inspection in Tianjin. He visited the university's centenary exhibition, talked with a group of academicians, specialists and teachers, and examined College of Chemistry as well as State Key Laboratory of Elemento-organic Chemistry. He learned about the historical development, discipline construction, faculty and scientific research innovation of Nankai University in detail, and highly appreciate the guidelines and achievements of Nankai University. He encouraged the faculty and students of Nankai University to combine the specific goal of learning with the grand goal of national rejuvenation and strive for it. Following the instructions of President Xi, Nankai university will be guided by the new development concept, carry forward the Nankai spirit, embody Chinese characteristics, and pursue world-class education. It will attach greater importance to faculty development and internationalization, attracting distinguished scholars around the world and promoting all-round development of theuniversity.

Starting in 2016, Nankai International Forum for distinguished scholars has been highly productive, attracting a number of renowned scholars, alumni and potential young scholars worldwide.

When Nankai University celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2019, we will continue to hold the forum, in order to build a platform to communicate, cooperate and develop the faculty. Apart from adequate research fund, we will further support the construction of the research platform, especially world-leadinginterdisciplinary research platform. We will support them to build their teams, providing outstanding platforms, teams, projects, achievements and environment. With the approval of the university, the scholars may design their own plan of building the team, and introduce suitable personnel and obtain necessary assistance such as research fund for them according to the plan.

In 2018, Tianjin Municipal government issued new measures and regulations regarding human resources.
